Welsh Lop Circle

Thanks to Andrew & the Anglesey Committee, for a fab day (Well weekend really lol ) as usual an extremely well run show with a fantastic atmosphere. Nice to see new and old faces, I hope everyone enjoyed and had a good time. Thank you to all the judges.

Well done to all the winners, It was a great show. A big thanks to Donna & co for having us again and to Simon Whincup for judging for us, the WLC juding has never finished so early lol. The entries were down slightly but I think this was because of the number of shows being held this weekend. Good news though next year South Wales Rabbit Club & WLC will be returning the show to the 2nd weekend in December, (13th December) book it in your diaries now or even better why not buy a  WLC calendar which have all the Welsh show dates & most of the national show dates pre entered   

I would also like to say a personal thank you to the WLC comittee for their support this year. This weekend I wasn't feeling 100% well so I would like to especially Thank Amanda, Dave, Kevin, Andrew and Dave (Andrews Dad) for their help with the paperwork & the show this weekend. Also for helping Donna & Co take down at the end of the show.

On 23rd July we were entertained by the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society (Rabbit Section). This is the first time they had entertained a stock show and it all went really well. We never thought the WLC would get over 100 rabbits, but thanks to new and old members support we managed a respectable 120 rabbits, so well done all of you!!!! A big thanks also has to go to the Royal Welsh Committee and our judge Gillian Webb Bailey and stewards.

It was also a really good entry for the main show also, the show went very well and I think everyone had a good day. The atmosphere was great, even though it was very warm. 

We hope to be invited back next year, updates will follow!!!!

Well it was a wet and muddy day but the atmosphere was great. I hope everyone enjoyed, I know the children certainly did, they were covered in mud lol. A big thanks to Dave and Sue Fisher for coming down to judge and to all the stewards.

A big well done to all the winners, hope to see some of you at the Royal Welsh.

A fantastic day was had by all who were at this show, and to those who weren't there don't miss the next show. We had good entries both sides of the show, they would have been bigger but most exhibitors agreed moult was the reason behind a smaller entry. Although 170 rabbits for a 2* Rabbit club was a very good entry, so a big thanks to everyone for the support. I know the three clubs really did well and appreciated the support. Well done to all the winners, there were some quality rabbits on show!!

A big thanks to all the judges and to all those who helped put up and take down, so much goes on behind the scenes, before you even get to the show. A personal thanks the lipski's and to everyone who made us feel welcome, thank you! you were fab hosts.
